"El Parque" belongs to the series of works created by Rodolfo Stanely which portray unrealistic scenarios of these public spaces. Skating through it, we see a figure carrying a bouquet of flowers, on its way to meet his/her lover; in the corner, we see a pair of crossed legs from another figure whose face we cannot see. It is a transformation of reality, where the quotidian is turned into the surreal with these naked and voluptuous figures roaming around in this open, colorful, and textured space.
