"Pedacitos" is an abstract yet very human piece. At first, we see a vase where small fragments are being deposited into it; but also, the shape of the vase reminds us of the human figure, the shoulders and upper body, a man or woman whose insides are being filled with fragments, perhaps fragments of memories, emotions, information, that will be forever stored inside, informing this person's behavior and understanding of the world.
