In "La Buseta", Javier Valle Perez takes a slightly surrealist approach to his work. In the upper half of the work, we can see a body of small elements that are used as building blocks for a small public transportation bus. There are subtle lines surrounding these shapes that give form to the "buseta", and at the same time, we find little buses inside of it, and underneath it, in the bottom half of the piece. Public transportation is usually packed and disorganized in his home country, and he manages to capture these characteristics in this work.
